1. Gather all photographs, videos, and documents (memorabilia, awards, postcards, etc.). Remember, you can submit items that need to be scanned AND digital media (CDR). Infinity Moments DVD can scan in all of your items for you for a small fee or use your digital pictures (High Quality) at no extra charge.

**If you are sending videos, please make sure you specify which portions you would like to appear in the DVD and where in the timeframe you’d like them to appear. As always, Infinity Moments DVD will be in constant communication with you to make sure we put a smile on your face and a tear in your eye when you watch your DVD the first time, and every time after that!**


2. Count the total number of photographs and documents. This will be the “Total Number of Still Items.”

3. Organize your items. Place all of your items in the order you would like to see them appear on your Infinity Moments DVD. Place a post-it note on the back of each item labeling them 1,2,3…etc. If you would rather write directly on the photo, please do so lightly with a pencil! Infinity Moments DVD will contact you with any questions.

**Note** If you would like Infinity Moments DVD to organize/create the order of your items, please skip this step!

4. If you would like to create separate “scenes” on your DVD, please place all photos for each section into separate envelopes. For example, if you are doing a wedding DVD and want the bride’s baby pictures first, then the groom’s baby pictures, then pictures of them together, you’ll organize all of the bride’s pictures and place them in an envelope. Then you’ll organize all the groom’s pictures and place them in a separate envelope and then you’ll organize all the pictures of them together and place them in an envelope.

5. Decide which songs you’d like to use. If you choose songs that are not on the Suggested Song Library, please include the original CD that contains the music track. If you’d prefer, Infinity Moments DVD can purchase the song on your behalf for an extra charge.

6. Print the Order Form. Please complete all sections. Download our Order Form  OR you can try our new Online Order Form.

7. Contact Infinity Moments DVD at order@infinitymomentsdvd.com to notify us to expect your materials.

8. Infinity Moments DVD will then contact you regarding all shipping options including our shipping address, and provide you with a time frame for completion. Unless you request a rush order, your project can take up to 10 days to complete.

9. Securely package all of your materials and your completed order form and send your package to Infinity Moments DVD.

10. Infinity Moments DVD will contact you as soon as we receive your materials.

11. Once we process all of your materials, we will send you an invoice through PayPal that you must pay before we can begin producing your Infinity Moments DVD.

12. As soon as your project is completed, you will be contacted and provided with a tracking number for your shipment. Your original materials will be returned to you at this time.

13. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with your DVD, please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to make whatever changes you see fit.
